Happy Fasting

A year has gone...and now we are fasting again. Happy Fasting to all Muslims..

I know I have been silent for sooo long. Many things happen lately.. "my car got stolen, my eldest son Amin been hospitalized due to throat infection, then my second son Hakim and my youngest son Hashim had the conjunctivitis... and the list goes on and on.."

I had no time to finish up the 2nd cat with the others girls in MS Lovers. Huhu... Need to find more time. Have seen the other girls finishing up their cats..lovely indeed.

Projects Projects

I have a lot of ideas and a lot of cross stich patterns that I love to stich.

The only problem is I don't have the time. Having a lil one is taking up lots of my time. The minute Hashim fells asleep, and I want to start stiching, my other 3 sons will come barging in the room... and Hashim will get up again. Arrrgggghhh.

Anyway... am planning to make these:

1) A simple birth sampler ~ for my SIL ( she's waiting to give birth anytime soon)

2) Teacher's day card ~ for Amin, Hakim & Aleem (my 3 sons) to give to their class teachers

Finally Finished

Yeay!!!! I've finally finish the SAL ~ 1st Cool Cats "Spring".

I had trouble with the cats' eyes.. It was my 1st time doing French knot..I had to see the demo in Youtube over and over again. But at last...I've finally completed.. I am very very happy indeed.

 

Now turning to the next cat..

SAL - Cool Cats WIP #2

I'm a lil bit slow finishing this up. I better catch up with the others. They are already starting the 2nd cat. A lot of works in the office lately, better find extra time to finish this sal.

 

I finally finished up all the cross stiches, now just need to do the back stiches.

A Birthday Present

 

 

I received this stitch kit from my sis, Ida last year as a birthday gift to me. It felt as a double present for me, coz I have to stich the pattern in order to get the gift.

I've been stiching this on my confinement days and just finished it when Hashim turned 5 months. Am so happy with the result... am thinking to stich Hashim's name on the pillow.

 

 

SAL - Cool Cats WIP

These are my WIP for the SAL ~ Cool Cats with Margaret Sherry Lovers :

1st Cool Cat ~ Spring

1st Week, nothing much. Can see a lil bit of flowers, body & the face.

2nd week, finished the flowers. Now stiching the body.

3rd week, now we are seing the tail of the cat.

I hope I can finish this piece by this month. Can't wait to stich the next cat...meowww..

Margaret Sherry Lovers ~ Group Blog

I've just joined this Margaret Sherry Lovers ~ Group Blog and am very excited to be in their SAL#3 ~ Stiching Cool Cats.

So last Saturday I went to my favourite shop to buy my supplies and can't wait to start stiching it.
